We do not issue refunds for virtual products once the order is submitted. We recommend contacting us if you experience issues receiving or using our virtual products. By buying our virtual products from our website, you agree that, because of the nature of the products sold, Which are virtual, there are no refunds under any circumstance. If you submit any payment, you agree not to dispute or ask for a partial or full refund. Do not submit any payments if you do not agree to the above.

Refund Policy from buying virtual products (W Coins) on the website:

• No refund or chargeback on W Coins and virtual items purchase(s).
• The account will be blocked permanently on any attempt(s) to cancel/withdraw payments after purchasing W Coins and virtual items.

Before purchasing W Coins, you accept the following purchase policies for absolute corroboration.

Purchasing W Coins:

• Age Limit: 18 years of age or more;
• The minimal transaction is USD 1.00 per transaction.

Definition of W Coins:

• Exchange Rate: USD 1.00 = 300 W Coins.
• Duration of Use: W Coin is valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Any <W Coin> can be converted to <Goblin Point> or <Hunt Point> as long as the following conditions are met:

• Minimum Scale: At least 1 W Coin or more.
• The Lowest Denomination (Unit) of Point: No restrictions / All points will be converted.

Gift Policy on W Coins:

• No gifts of W Coin are supported.
